Third-Party Links

How external websites, services, and integrations linked from DropProof are handled.

    Last updated: August 8, 2026

    1. External Websites and Services

The DropProof website and platform may contain links to websites, applications, integrations, or services operated by independent third parties. These links are provided for convenience or to support features requested by customers.

A link does not mean that DropProof owns, controls, endorses, or guarantees the third party or its content, products, security, availability, or privacy practices.

    2. Your Responsibility

When you follow a third-party link, you leave the DropProof environment and use that service at your own discretion.

    • Review the third party's terms, privacy policy, cookie policy, and security practices before providing information.
    • Confirm that your organization has approved the third-party service and any data shared with it.
    • Use appropriate caution before downloading files, installing software, or authorizing account access.

    3. Third-Party Integrations

If you connect DropProof to an external system, you authorize the exchange of data needed to operate that integration. The third party processes information under its own terms and policies unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

You are responsible for maintaining valid third-party credentials, permissions, subscriptions, and configuration settings.

    4. Availability and Liability

DropProof is not responsible for third-party content, outages, changes, data handling, losses, or damages except where responsibility cannot be excluded by law. We may remove or change external links and integrations without notice when necessary for security, compliance, or product operation.

    5. Reporting a Link

If you believe a link or connected service is unsafe, misleading, unavailable, or inappropriate, contact dropproof2026@gmail.com so our team can review it.
